Having executive and management support for adopting Scrum in an organization is critical to its success. As with any major change in an organization, Scrum will require the support of the company leadership. As with any change an organization makes, people will need the support of their managers to help communicate and resolve issues as they arise. This training will give a brief overview of the framework and the expectations and best practices based on experience for managers and executives.
